In a world in which Mental Health is what all the buzz is about, not as many people think to inspect what is inside their hearts. In this 3-hour class, I explain biblically why the mind is not the root of the problem, the mind is just reflecting what’s in each man’s heart. Fixing the mind or changing the thoughts will only clip the tip of the iceberg of what’s surfacing from the heart. Old thoughts will eventually grow back unless what’s in the heart is uprooted. Mental health practices can be effective, but often times they are only pulling leaves off the stem of a branch that goes a lot deeper. We must uproot this tree from the place it enmanate; and that place is your heart.

Mathew 15:17-20 – “Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? 18But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. 19For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. 20These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”
